The spatial resolutions of the deformation we need to resolve is 0.5mm

The measure is possible through aperture windows, either 1,3,4:

  • Centre to centre distance from viewports: 410mm
  • Size of each aperture is 455 mm
  • The window already installed in the viewports are made of Fused silica
